The 13-year-old girl who is the inspiration for Rays for Compassion is an amazing warrior and battling neuroblastoma for the second time in her short life. This is one too many times for any human being, let alone a child, to have to endure such pain and suffering. She, and all children with cancer, deserve so much more! Only 4% of all cancer donations are allotted to childhood cancer funding. This is unimaginable to me, and we must do better. What is needed is more funding, more research, more allocation of funds ……and a CURE.

We want to help. A portion of our proceeds will be donated to the For Kids Sake Foundation - an organization dedicated to supporting children and families impacted by childhood cancer.

We want people to know that there is help for them when they are feeling hopeless. And to destigmatize mental health issues, through spreading awareness and providing resources for individuals struggling with their mental health.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, there has been an increase in mental health issues including suicides and an alarming increase in addiction.

A percentage of every item from the PAUSE collection will be donated to help causes that provide direct support to individuals suffering from mental health issues and seeking help for addiction recovery.

TO WRITE LOVE ON HER ARMS (TWLOHA) is one of these organizations. It works directly with individuals suffering from mental health and addiction issues.
